My story
Think of this as an 'exchange'.
I'll do the training and I'll run the London Marathon so that you don't have to. To make it fair, if I spend hours and hours training, you could sponsor me.
I'm not asking for great big amounts, anything will do. The small change from your pocket. Go on, put your hand in there, see how much you have and sponsor me for that amount. Will you really miss it? Or why not empty your pocket each day of the 1p, 2p and 5p's add them all up for a month and sponsor me for that amount, then repeat each month.
If you do this, then you can feel good on April 26th 2009. I'll feel the pain and you can put your feet up in front of the TV.
