Hi,

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

I am sure everyone is as aware as we are of the terrible pain cancer can cause, both to the sufferer and the immediate family. Having experienced the plight of a grandparent suffering prostate cancer we are all but too aware of the impact it can have. Therefore we have chosen to run in the Manchester 10k in the hope that any money we raise can be used to good effect in helping the treatment of any cancer for all future generations. Please give whatever you can afford in these hard economic times so that Cancer Research UK can continue their potentially lifesaving research.
