I've set myself the target of running 500 competitve kilometres within the space of one year. (That's over a marathon a month!! - for an entire year: will somebody please remind me why I ever decided to do this?) So as I am plodding through all those training runs (knowing they don't count towards the distance but are apparently 'good for me') the only thing that will probably keep me going through the rain/wind/snow/pain/boredom is not wanting to let down anyone who has offered their support. So please, if you dig deep then I promise I'll keep on running. Cheers! Deane
