My personal message:

Hi,

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

So the months of training were over and the big day finally came, it was a challenge but I did it in 3hrs 47mins 09 secs and have ticked off another one of my ambitions!  It was tough but very rewarding and the crowd and atmosphere were amazing, it was especially great seeing Tim, my Mum & Dad, Charlotte & Claire (with the a great banner) and Ceri & Adam along the way cheering me on, thanks guys.

Thanks for all your support and donations so far, there is still time to donate if you haven't done so already.

Cancer Research UK is a charity which is very important to me for many reasons and I want to raise as much money as possible for this worthy cause so please sponsor me if you can, any amount is gratefully accepted no matter how large or small, it will all go towards making a difference.
