My personal message:

One of these days, cancer, one of these days... Pow! Right in the kisser!

I am running the Loch Ness Marathon in support of Cancer Research UK, and their work on earlier detection, improved treatments, and someday...when cancer least expects it.. giving it a thorough ass-kicking once and for all.

This is in honor of my mom and dad and other loved ones, mine and yours, who have fought cancer.

Any help you can give will make a difference. Thank you.
