2nd year of doing this and training has been no easier than last. I am aiming to beat last years time by a good 15 minutes which is why these runs are killing me. Whoever said being Healthy is good for you is lying. I'm constantly in pain. To help ease that though I am doing this for charity so it will all seem worthwhile.
