My personal message:

Hello Thanks for visiting my sponsorship page, I'm doing it all again this year and competing in numerous 10K races but this time finishing with the half marathon The Bupa Great North Run in Newcastle on September 19th 2010.

I raising money in Aid of Cancer Research UK and would really apreciate if you could donate and amount.

I have ran so far the Bupa Great Manchester Run on Sunday 16th May 2010, followed by  The City Of Manchester 10k in July. I then took part in the Asics British 10K Run in London on 11th July 2010,  the Bupa Great Yorkshire Run on 5th September and the Paras 10 in Catterick on 12th September 2010.

Last race is on Sunday 19th September 2010 for The Bupa Great North Run in Newcastle.
