I am running my first full marathon on Sunday 18th April in Brighton.Some of you may think I'm too old to be doing a marathon but look at Ranulph Fiennes !!

Most of us have been affected by cancer in some way so I have decided to run for Cancer Research UK and getting sponsorship like this means that I won't have to carry a list of names round with me for the next year trying to collect from everyone!

Could you please forward this link to anyone who may wish to sponsor me so my effort, sweat and blood brings in as much as possible.

Of course you are all welcome to come and cheer me on/throw things at me on April 18.
