My personal message:

Hi All

During 2010 my challenge is to run 3 half marathons - Im calling it the 3 B's.

Bath - March 7th 2010

Bristol - September 5th 2010

Birmingham - TBC

The cause is obviously a good one as most people have one way or another been effected by cancer. I appreciate that so many people are after sponsorship for a whole array of amazing challenges so even if its a pound it will be really appreciated.
