Thanks for visiting Michael and Saul's fundraising page,and many many thanks for the support so far,AMAZING..

WE DID IT,TIME WAS 57 MINS 27 SECS..i was going really well at the 7k marker and set for a time between 52-53 mins,then the knee twinged,the calf started to tighten up and from then on in was a real struggle..i was so glad to get over the finish line.

Saul and Lorna really enjoyed there run and did it just over 8 MINS for 1.5k.

It was a brilliant weekend and we were very proud to run in aid of CANCER RESEARCH.and would like to thank eveybody for there support.

After running my 1st 10k on 4th july,I have now got the running bug.

I am running the great yorkshire run on the 5th september and doing it for a great cause...cancer research uk.and SAUL is also doing the mini great yorkshire run(childrens race).

we all know someone close to us with cancer and every penny raised could go a long way to help so many people.
