Hey guys!

Please do not fall off your chair when you read this but yes I am running a 10k in October 2010.  I'm running in memory of my grandad who we lost last June so I know I can complete it as best I can.  Cancer Research is an amazing charity and it does so much work for those who need it so I am hoping to raise lots of money for  them so please sponsor me!
