Come On - Sponsor Me!! I've had the ***s taken out me for wanting to run a marathon at the age of 50 and there are many many people in the queue to have a laugh at my expense.
Well, I can tell you that I am actually delighted and it's worth it for me to go through the ridicule from my friends and colleagues (and the lesser pain of training) as I will be raising money for a very worthy cause.
