My personal message:

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.  Once again I'm running the Great Manchester Run and I'm hoping to beat last year's fundraising efforts (and hoping to complete in under an hour this year).  Since last year's run, my cousin Sue died from Breast Cancer.  One in Three people in UK will suffer at some point in their lives - please dig deep and sponsor me online.
