Our personal message:

Ok, it's been a couple of years, but those fancy running shoes will stop gathering dust at the back of the wardrobe and start  pounding the mean streets of South West Surrey once more.

Almost exactly ten years ago my mum beat cancer.  Exactly a year ago my dad was less fortunate.  One in three of us will sadly at some point have to stand up to this terrible disease. 

Since it is a year since dad passed away, I have decided to once again start raising some cash for Cancer Research.  I'll be starting my fundraising comeback with the Big Fun Run London on 25 September.
