My personal message:

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. 

I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 18th October 2009.  I am running for my cousin Katherine Bown in aid of Cancer Research UK and for Kath's Million Pounds Challenge.

Kath was diagnosed with Breast Cancer earlier this year and is trying to raise a Million Pounds. Please follow the links below to find out more!
