Wow - what a day! Running my first Flora London Marathon was an incredible experience. Thanks to all those who cheered us on and huge thanks for all your donations and messages below. For the record, I ran a time of 3:59, Nick ran 3:35 and Mark ran 3:22 - personal best times for all of us!

This year I will be running the Flora London Marathon, with my team mates Mark Plunkett, Nick Gallagher and Calum MacColl, in aid of Cancer Research UK, the world's leading independent organisation dedicated to cancer research.
 
Cancer Research UK supports research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,250 scientists, doctors and nurses who are are working hard to improve our understanding of cancer and develop better ways to prevent, diagnose and treat the disease.
